COVID 19 MEASURES

In view of the recent developments relative to the spread of COVID-19 Corona virus, please see below the procedures we have put in placee to safeguard the well being of our staff and our esteemed customers.

  • Please browse our website and choose the product/s that you need. You can proceed to order and pay online to minimize interaction and reduce the risk to yourself and to others.
  • Delivery is free for orders over €40 in Malta. A €4 delivery charge applies for orders of less than €40 in Malta, whilst a €10 delivery charge applies for all orders from Gozo. Any costs relating to special transport or lifting required such as crane or high up will be charged separately, after informing you of the cost of this service.
  • Clients may choose to collect the order themselves. This has to be pre-arranged and carried out under certain conditions that will be explained over the phone when we advise from which location you can collect the goods.
  • Payments can be affected by Credit Card or Salamantex (a crypto payment solution). No cash will be handled by our staff.
  • If you still prefer to visit our outlets to finalise a purchase, please browse our website so you know beforehand what you wish to buy so we can serve you faster and safer.

 

Retail Outlets

  • Customers will only be allowed to enter our outlets as long as the legal requirement of one person per 10 sq.m. allows it.
  • Customers will be required to thoroughly sanitize their hands before being served.
  • Exotique staff will be wearing masks or face shields and you are required to also wear one, as per government regulations.
  • You are required to keep a minimum distance of 2 metres from each other and from our staff.
  • In order to protect other clients and our staff, we cannot serve anyone who should be observing a quarantine or who has travelled abroad in the past 14 days. Please note that you are legally bound to give correct information about quarantine requirements and travelling abroad. This is enforceable by law and failure to observe this obligation will result in fines.
  • In order to protect other clients and our staff, we cannot serve anyone who displays symptoms of fever, cough or respiratory infections.
  • Only card payments are being accepted and no cash will be handled by our staff.

Delivery Service

  • Except for appliances, deliveries will be strictly to door only. (The delivery person/s will not enter any premises except where the installation of appliances is required.
  • You are required to keep a minimum distance of 2 metres from our staff.
  • In order to protect other clients and our staff, we cannot carry out deliveries to addresses where there is either a person under quarantine or a person who has travelled abroad in the past 14 days. Please note that you are legally bound to give correct information about quarantine requirements and travelling abroad.
