Keith Frazier, detective at the New York police, is called to a bank robbery with an operations team. But this is no ordinary bank robbery.
The head of the hostage-takers is highly intelligent, cold-blooded, nerve-strong and convinces to implement his plan of the “perfect bank robbery” into action.
The situation develops into a cat-and-mouse game between Miller and Dalton Russel, the bank robber. While Miller desperately tries to save the lives of the hostages, the thirteenth bank robbery of all time takes place inside the bank.
